Overview Unable to create a Bridge between icon node and hardhat node

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run dive bridge btp command between icon and hardhat or icon and eth node

Expected Behavior

1. Bridge should be created between icon and hardhat node or icon and eth node

Actual Behavior

1. Bridge is not creating between icon and hardhat node or icon and eth node
