When using Quad9 Malware Blocking, it applies the wrong DoH template

It should use https://dns11.quad9.net/dns-query as the template, but it uses https://dns.quad9.net/dns-query instead... despite being specified on the json file.

If you go to Settings and change from automatic template to manual, and again to automatic, it switches to the correct template.
