How to convert pkl models for model_path?

Any hint how one can convert the models from https://github.com/hzwer/Practical-RIFE to use them with the model_path parameter?

https://github.com/styler00dollar/VapourSynth-RIFE-ncnn-Vulkan does seem to have already converted the models.

It is hard and can't be automated. I use custom code and workarounds to do so. I could go into more detail if wanted, but it will require some work to convert models.
