hinge draft always outputs blank line and runs for a long time

Hi,

Now I'm running 'hinge draft'. But it runs too slowly. Another problem is the program always output blank symbol. The final output of problem is :

---

Id there any suggestion from you?

It should create a ecoli.draft.fasta like file (where ecoli.draft is what you give to the --out option). Is it not creating that?

Of course there is the file draft.fasta. But it's empty. And the program runs for a long time and nothing is outputted.
