Send mail after sync

Have the option to send email when a sync completed. SMTP config will be done through the "main" settings dialog and individual sync relationships will have a checkbox to enable sending mail when the sync finishes.

Additional checkbox to only send when the sync is performed automatically (on a schedule), checked by default. There is no need to send mail when the sync was started manually.
