a doubt about using CopleNet in PyMIC

Hi, thanks for your sharing for the excellent work!

I have read the PYMIC paper and the CopleNet paper, and have a question here： Can I use CopleNet in PyMIC to train 3D medical image segmentation with noisy labels , which 3D Volume is processed directly instead of using 2D slices ?
