🌟 Automatic Sales Reports Emails

Description:

Currently, sales reports can be generated within Hi.Events, but they must be manually downloaded or viewed by a promoter. In cases where there are co-producers, accountants, or other stakeholders, they often need timely updates without having full access to the promoter's account.

This proposal is to allow sales reports to be automatically emailed to one or more specified addresses on a recurring schedule.

Proposed Changes:

Configuration

• Add an "Email Reports" section to the promoter’s dashboard.
• Promoter can select: -- Which sales report to send. -- Recipient email address (can be different from the promoter’s account email). -- The frequency of the email could be predefined initially, but in future it might be possible for the promoter to specify a frequency.

Report Sending

• Sales reports will be sent automatically on a predefined schedule (e.g., daily at midnight UTC).
• Emails will be sent in PDF and/or CSV format for easy review.
• Subject line and email body should clearly indicate event name and report period.

Thanks for the suggestion, @creativeindustriesgroup! This won't be added in v1.X, but it would be a good candidate for the next major version, as that will include scheduled email improvements
