🐛Missing French mails translations

Describe the bug Some french translations are missing for emails :

• Subject & Content for New Order Mail
• Subject in Refund Mail

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an account in French
2. Make an order from front office
3. Apply a refund from back office

Expected behavior The content must be translated
