Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As the Administrator of my events website, I think is mandatory the ability to fully manage not only users registered (I had to delete one diving into the postgress docker container database manually, even the organizers and other administrators.

Describe the solution you'd like A manu where you can see all users, organizers and administrators lists, and the hability not only to "Active/Inactive" a user, add the "Delete account" option.

Additional context In this screenshoot, I'm connected as "Admin 01", and want to delete the "Organizer 01" that I created before for testing purposes. But only "Active" or "Inactive" options given as administrator.
