🌟 Localisation using APP_NAME of certain text

There's a handful of text that I'm wanting to be dynamic, such as Hi.Events charges platform fees to maintain and improve our services.. It'd be great for the Hi.Events to change based on an env variable which already exists. Similarly we could introduce a logo url env variable or re-use an existing one.

I'd be happy to implement this if you're okay for me to go ahead with that? (I'm better at React than PHP incase any of my recent PR's aren't great 😅). Feel free to drop me an email.
