🌟 Add support for email templates

Describe the solution you'd like Create templates for communication with customers, to be sent in replies from the dashboard.

Additional context In my case, I'm using this system to manage my camper-van events. The flow I used to manage is:

1. User request a ticket.
2. Admin check the request, and if valid a manual message is sent to him with the offline-payment information.
3. Once payment received, manually change the status to "paid". Extra information is sent pre-configured at event level.

The problem is to repeat the step 2 when you manually send the payment information to 40 assistants. If a template system could be implemented, will save time to admins.

Thanks for the suggestion @cgonIT! Email templates would be useful. I'll add this to the roadmap.
