DevMicro.app: Developer micro-OS built on Puter framework

Mission: Create DevMicro.app, a browser-based developer micro-OS leveraging the open-source Puter framework.

• API/Agent Integration: Each dashboard app icon represents a dev tool, agent, or API container.
• Chromecast & Mobile Friendly: Full-screen casting support and adaptive layout for mobile/TV.
• Developer Focus: Built-in console, file manager, code runner, and terminal access.

Tech Stack Recommendation:

• Backend: Node.js + Express (MyWin microserver)
• Frontend: React + Tailwind (Puter-compatible UI)
• Network: WebSocket + Bonjour discovery
• Database: SQLite / local JSON
