Update Korea Region URL on readme

https://pd.ko.a.pvp.net/ is wrong,

New url is https://pd.kr.a.pvp.net/

There are regions br (Brazil) and Latam (Latin American) but they use the NA url. https://pd.na.a.pvp.net/

Add that to the readme if you want.
