I read this https://github.com/Hellowlol/HTPC-Manager/issues/372 thread and the one linked in the first post and have gotten the following:

I know Plex Home requires entering the myPlex creds which i have entered and yet i still get this error:

Unable to contact Plex via http://10.10.10.3:32400 error HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized

I verified the values in the settings table and plex_username/plex_pass show the correct value which allows me to log into plex.tv, also the plex_authtoken field has a valid token and i can see the HTPCManager in my plex devices.

the log just states this

Unable to contact Plex via http://10.10.10.3:32400 error HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized

I manually deleted user/pass/authtoken from the db and after entering everything back in it started working, then after i restarted, failure again.

oh and hitting clear + save doesn't remove the values from the DB, not a big deal to me but figured you'd like to know.

I figured it out, having a * was breaking the whole thing, fixed now
