Remove old trackers, add new ones

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Zeronet is intrinsically decentralized. But only if there are enough trackers that Zeronet can access.

Describe the solution you'd like I would suggest removing the v2 onion trackers. v2 onion is no longer officially supported by the Tor project. Therefore, Zeronet should not use outdated technologies. Furthermore, the Tor version in the Docker image no longer supports v2.

I also found a list of trackers: https://gist.github.com/PeterCxy/1e132847492c95e1a5698c768cf20034 However, the list is four years old. I would suggest adding more trackers to Zeronet.
