Add Bittorrent DHT support to ZeroNet Note 1: those care for anonymity can use Lokinet instead of Tor. It support UDP Note 2: This root fork is dead you should continue work from newer fork (e.g. zeronet-conservancy or ZeroNetX)

It's a good idea for fork to use Rust instead of Python and to use both TOR to Lokinet and then to world.
