Store and retrieve saved game metadata in Save/Load menus

1. Allow user to preview attributes of saved games before loading: level number and name, time in-level, kill count
2. Embed a low-resolution (probably 480p or smaller) thumbnail in saved games, display a preview along with (1) if present
