Cursor in the Menu jumps arround

Latest Git Version, Windows 11, 21:9 wide screen, Doom 2 wad Occasionally, like every 1-5th start of Helion: When I push the down arrow key to move the cursor and I hit the last visible row in the menu, the cursor starts to jump up a few rows.

(Video starts at 4 Seconds) I suspect, that the mouse is interefering with the keyboard input.
