Bounced and reshuffled cards aren't tracked properly

Unfortunately don't have too many concrete examples and can't currently get in to play to generate some, but during a long session last night running into cards like Nexus of Fate, Devious Cover-Up, and Teferi's tuck-a-card-back-into-deck I saw several issues including cards showing up on the wrong person's side and cards just no longer being tracked. Will update with logs next time I encounter the issue.
