output issues

on executing the last command (pdf_idx_to_filtered_bboxes) we get output. What's that output means? I mean what do we need to infer from that output? If we consider 1,2,3,...,31 are pdf file numbers, we just gave one file to predictor. Why output is coming for all the pdf's?
