Add GIFs support for sprites.

I'm not sure if it is possible. But it would be cool to have sprites loading as gifs. Every other haxelib I tried that is supposed to do that cause crashes.

I recommend using Aseprite to convert it to a sprite sheet. If flixel did gain gif support, it'd be because someone added it to lime or openfl, rather than flixel, also this is generally low priority because how often are you dealing with gifs exported from a dev tool that also can't output sprite sheets

There is also this library that adds native gif support to flixel
