Traveling to a pvp outpost while having cursor over a toolbox window blocks left click input until you go back to a pve outpost

When I'm in an explorable area and use the /rr command, I don't want a confirmation window. Maybe this should be optional, or only apply when you're in a party...

Real time timer resets despite "never reset" setting

Title. Apparently the timer resets when exiting an outpost. I'm not sure exactly what the intended behaviour is here, though.

`/reinvite` doesn't seem to work - just sends the error message "Choose target party member to reinvite"
