Describe the script

Make a python script that does the following things:

• Allow user to create an S3 bucket on AWS and upload a video/audio file to the bucket
• Convert Speech to Text using AWS Transcribe API
• Sentiment analysis on the retrieved text using IBM Watson tone analysis API
• Delete the objects in S3 bucket
