Feature request: Temporarily hide posts from specific sub(s)

I searched the issues but couldn't find anything similar.

My idea would be to add a per-sub option to hide all its posts from multi-sub views like the frontpage. The motivation behind this is to avoid spoilers for e.g., game updates, sport events without having to unsub and resub every time. The setting should give a selection like "for x hours", "1 day", "1 week", etc.

If slide already has this functionality and I was just to blind to see, please tell me. Obviously, details are open for discussion; I just wanted to bring in the general idea.
