TrafficMonitor 设置语言为英语后，WeatherPro 插件出现 bug

我把系统语言设置成英语，TrafficMonitor 随系统变成了英文版 后来发现 WeatherPro 插件选项无法正常打开，且手动修改 WeatherPro.ini 文件也会被初始化 报错如下： Snipaste_2022-08-16_17-07-50

把 TrafficMonitor 设置为中文后问题解决

当前插件界面没有完全适配英文，计划后续版本完善

Even if it English isn't fully adapted, I request to make it so that it opens up in Chinese, instead of not opening up at all

Sorry for the delay of new update. The English version has been released WeatherPro-v0.10
