older colorspace presets

I think it would be neat to implement older colorspace presets into Handbrake for compression reasons. I would imagine that converting a video from modern sRGB into 64 color, for example, would still be mostly watchable and save a lot of disk space. plus, it can help those who want to make videos with an older feel.
