Far too many dialogs just to print a page

Currently, in BePDF, you must navigate a series of dialogs just to print a page. File->Print...->Print settings (Print)->Page setup (Paper setup selection)->Page setup (OK)->Page setup (OK)->Print setup (Paper setup and Print job setup)->Printjob setup (OK)->Print setup (Again!, OK)->print a page

This should be a simple 4 step process (at most): File->Print...->Print settings (Print)->Print setup (Paper setup and Print job setup, OK)->print a page
