Change "Assigned" to "Requested" money in Reimbursements tab

I think "Assigned Money" is incorrect as it's how much a participant is asking for, rather than how much they are assigned.

We need to do a better job at explaining the whole reimbursement steps and probably do a refactor on that end. Atm is a bit mixed still
