Currently Readme has some grammatical error and some less reference

Expected Behaviour:

Update readme.md file which will help new contributors to contribute easily

Hi i am new to open source contribution i found this project interesting . I am willing to contribute further into this project. To start with some open source contribution i thought updating readme file is a good idea .
