Global email settings

Hello! Thank you guys for this fantastic plugin!

Is it possible to add new feature in future releases: global email settings (fields "from" and "to") in plugin settings.

The logic: if user creates form action "Send email" and leave fields "from" and "to" blank, this global setting will use. If this fields not blank - they override global setting.

Reason: if site contains a lot of forms its takes a time to user to change all of the forms. Or if site after development on test hosting moved to production hosting with different "from" mailbox and real "to" email.

If my propose don't coincide with your plans of development your product maybe you at least add some filter to this two fields, with which it will be possible to override all forms "to" and "from fields"?

Anyway, thank you for great job on this plugin!

maybe we could default to whatever is set under Settings > General?
