The Metric in your paper such as 2.08 , how you get it? If data has been normalized to [0, 1], the Hausdorff distance should not be so huge... Or you use the scale for model may be? Or you add the 200 coarse model?

The metric is computed at the original scale of the data, without normalizing the shape.
