Server Error in '/' Application while navigation

virtual (STARWEST)

Getting server error during following navigation steps:

from Checkin screen, Click on 'Register' link. on next form page, enter all information and click on create new account.

A confirmation page is displayed. 'Registration was successful'

follow link 'My Organization' from red ribbon on top of the screen. error
