Feature: Emergency Contacts

Emergency contacts is found from a button within "make a plan"

From here, we want to have phone numbers that are entered in the family plan profiles to populate not by person but by type automatically. These synced phone numbers are not editable fields but are pulled from the information in the family plan profiles.

We also want these phone numbers to open a prompt to text or call this person.
