Exceeding memory while indexing probase.txt

Appreciate any feedback/work-arounds related to memory issues while indexing probase.txt. Tried on couple of different machines but process gets killed after (40-49% ) progress.

If you are using your personal computer or laptop, please make sure you have at least 32 GB memory (the process also got killed in my laptop with 20 GB memory).
