Dependency Parsing usage

It is not clear how to use the trained model to reproduce the results of the ConLL 2018 Shared Task. (neither ho to performe training for the same task)

Following the directions on the readme it is possible to get the vectorial representation of each input token of the input (conllu) file. But hot to get the actual prediction?
