Logarithmic y scale if uncertainty less than zero

Currently, the "Visualize" section will not display a point if logarithmic y scale is selected and that point's uncertainty goes below zero (even if the point value itself is above zero). It would be useful to fix this (and e.g. just show the error bar going off the plot toward the bottom).
