Help menu dialogs have gigantic images

Running HDFView 3.3.1 fro HDFViewApp-3.3.1-centos7_64.tar.gz, the main UI looks good:

The dialogs from the Help menu are broken though:

Menu > HDF 4 Libarary Version:

Menu > HDF 5 Library Version:

Menu > Java Version:

Menu > Supported File Formats:

Menu > About:

Looks like the image file is loaded as is without being resized...

Implemented by changing the size from 1024 to 256.
