F9 not working D:

Hi could you help me to install the mod please i cant get it working...

When i press F9 nothing opens, just a quick black screen

I used scripthook.net 2.4 (i also tried 2.7), i have installed visual C++ packages ( x86 and x64), i can't install .net framework 4.5.2 because i'm on W10, i have reboot my pc many times, and executed the game as admin, framework are on in my Windows settings, others mods works

Help please ^^

Ok it works... F9 do not open the menu but shift + F9 does... Even if "GTACOOPSettings" says it's just F9, that's weird ^^'

I changed it to F11 in "GTACOoPSettings" now it works
