[0.6 Master] Replays are randomly delayed by 1 frame even when random deviation is set to 0
Tested with Dudley crLK and stLK vs himself and Ken. The issue was not specific to on hit/on block/on crouch
This is when replays are used as a reversal action, sorry if I didn't make that clear.
I'm trying to make replays where I can hold up forward after a move on block and practice beating meaty throw vs my landing, but right now the variance is making it hard to know if I executed properly
I ran into this again while practicing vs wakeup attacks. I was trying to practice vs 2 recordings, one where the CPU woke up with reversal throw and one where it blocks low. When the random 1f delay happens, the CPU won't block meaty attacks on wakeup. This is an issue when trying to meaty with moves that only combo on crouching hit, specifically Dudley's overhead
The CPU also doesn't crouch on the first frame of wakeup if its Pose is set to Crouching, so I can't bypass it using that method
