G'MIC-Qt plug-in for GIMP 2.10 won't run

Windows 11, GIMP 2.10.38 G'MIC doesn't appear in the filters menu in GIMP. Running gmic_gimp_qt.exe manually gives four errors about missing DLL files.

Hi! I have the same issue with Windows 11 and GIMP 2.10.36... Could someone help me, please? Is it absolutely needed to install the GIMP latest version?
