Implement a new button in /config that allows you to choose to use gif as gif or as link

And after this feature people don’t need anymore the bot admin, since they add it because the bot hasn’t enough permissions to send gifs so we should implement a way to leave the chat if the bot is admin (but before send a message in the chat and if after X hours they don’t remove the bot from admins it will automatically leave)
