Reading Peaks Files into ChromVAR

Dear all, I am trying to read the peak files into ChromVAR, I only get one column on getCounts step. I tried peakfile <- "E16WTchr.narrowPeak", peakfile <- readNarrowpeaks("E16WTchr.narrowPeak").

Can anyone please help with the peakfile reading in. I have been trying a few days and didn't make any progress. Thank you so much.

try this: peak <- "E16WTchr.narrowPeak" peakfile <- readNarrowpeaks(peak)
