Data files can be accessed here using get_data.sh and links.txt, or just by pulling the files from links.txt. Note that their combined size exceeds 10 Gb!

In R, you can setwd to the cloned repository and run source('R/Load_Environment.R') to get started quickly, or you can just explore on your own.

Please drop a message if you need any other files or information. A number of additional CellRanger and velocyto outputs have recently been added.
