[PM] Discuss review process after COP

Why: to simplify the review process What: Asim suggested all the review tasks should be built into our daily workflow instead of doing quarterly consistency reviews and periodically following up on SCI updates

To be discussed and updated in the next team meeting after COP

  • [ ] how to handle consistency review
  • [ ] how to handle SCI updates
  • [ ] task frequency, task owner, updating workflow and guides, etc.

Discussed that we will do one consistency review, after which we can discuss the process again - depending on feedback.

@jawache I'm not sure what exactly this means for our workflow:

  • Is the consistency review planned for sometime this year?
  • Does that mean that we are not supposed to publish any new patterns until then?
  • So we just make sure we have more proposed patterns (marketing?), then take them through the review process (SMEs)?
  • Finally, can Cath (the technical writer) review them all in one batch later? We only have 2 tickets tasked to her atm.
