Decorator-created fields can't be added as message table columns

Expected Behavior

If a decorator adds a field I expect it to be selectable in the message table's edit dialog. Peek 2020-04-07 11-54 It should also be usable as a field for an export as per #7354

Current Behavior

The field can't be selected. You can however add it as a column via a Field Action.

Context

I noticed this while trying to implement decorator-support for the new export (#7709).
