Description

There is an option under System/ Configuration / Plugins / Geo-Location Processor to pull the Geo files from an S3/GCS bucket. Add an option to pull Geo files from "Azure Blob Storage" as well:

We use the existing approach for providing credentials here. Providing the user an UI for the credentials is a stretch goal.

The configuration for the bucket is included in-line in the path for S3. If that proves impractical for Azure Blob for some reason, we might need to consider adding additional fields to facilitate this.
