Data Node upgrade: Can't scroll page if perform-the-upgrade box is present

When doing a rolling data node upgrade, the instruction box says to confirm that the node reappears on the Upgraded Nodes panel, but the page can't be scrolled to look at that panel.

Video here - first couple of seconds is me trying to scroll the page, then clicking the confirm upgrade link and being able to scroll again.
