Regression: Wrong UI is shown after adding notification to event definition

After selecting a notification from the dropdown within the event definition wizard, the UI is wrong and confusing.

Expected Behavior

After adding a notification within the event definition wizard, I expect to see buttons Done and Cancel. This is the behavior in 5.2.

Current Behavior

Instead of Done, the button is labeled Add Notification. It will still perform the Done action when clicked.

Context

Users are confused and click Next, losing the notification they had selected (but failed to confirm).
