remove unnecessary steps/big texts/unavailable paths

• only show big text when its necessary not earlier, better short text with link to documentation
• can we detect the available migrations/paths and only show those
• remove steps that have no action just next
• fix button order
• bug: we are referring to elasticsearch with opensearch
• confirmation after clicking retry existing data?
• sort indices from backend
• backend auto fills the allow list
