re-add year back to interval selection

Add year into the selection for an interval in a widget. See image.

Why?

Due to bugfix #12960, y was re-introduced as parseable in a TimeUnitInterval in searches. It was removed back in the day because ES dropped support for y. Because of our own handling, we already convert months internally into days and by the same logic could do the same with years.
